IOC to allow Ukrainian athlete to wear armband

The IOC said Tuesday that Ukrainian skeleton athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych will be allowed to wear a black armband in competition, and shortly after, he wore the tribute helmet he wanted to wear during a training run.
