Novak Djokovic endured windy, wet weather to get past American Mackie McDonald, 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 in first-round French Open action Tuesday. Alexander Zverev also won, while Danil Medvedev lost after a nearly four-hour match against Cameron Norrie.
