Bucs' Evans exits with concussion, shoulder injury

Tampa Bay wide receiver Mike Evans was ruled out of the rest of Monday’s game against the Detroit Lions after he suffered a concussion and shoulder injury during a deep pass from quarterback Baker Mayfield at Ford Field.
