Browns' Stefanski cedes playcalling duties to Rees

For the second consecutive season, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is relinquishing playcalling duties, saying Monday that offensive coordinator Tommy Rees will call plays Sunday in the team’s road game against the Jets.
