Celts’ win over Sixers soured by injury to Brown
Jaylen Brown suffered what the Celtics said was a facial contusion when he was inadvertently elbowed by Jayson Tatum late in the first half of Wednesday night’s 106-99 win over the Sixers. There was no immediate word on how long he could be sidelined.
