NCAA cites 2-time transfer policy in waiver denial
The NCAA said in a statement Wednesday it has begun applying new criteria to two-time transfers that makes it more difficult to gain immediate eligibility, a day after FSU’s Darrell Jackson Jr. and UNC’s Devontez Walker had their waivers rejected.
