Penske replacing fan’s car damaged by flying tire
An Indianapolis Motor Speedway spokesperson says Penske Entertainment, which owns the IMS track and the IndyCar Series, would give Robin Matthews, a race fan from Indianapolis, a new car after hers was damaged by a flying tire during the Indianapolis 500.
