Rays asked to declare stadium decision by Sunday
On Monday, Kathleen Peters, Pinellas County Court Commission chairperson, issued a letter to executives of the Tampa Bay Rays, formally requesting the club declare whether it wants to commit to the construction of a new $1.3 billion stadium by Sunday.
