Shannon files for restraining order against Illinois

Terrence Shannon Jr. filed a temporary restraining order on Monday that demands his school “immediately reinstate” the Illinois guard after being suspended indefinitely last month following an arrest on a rape charge, his lawyer Mark Sutter told ESPN.
