'Hard one to explain': Ruff baffled by Devils' effort

Summing up a 6-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday night in Game 4, a decision that increased New Jersey’s series deficit to 3-1, Devils coach Lindy Ruff said bluntly “there was no team effort” from his club, and “we weren’t good.”
