'Complacent' Busch retires from NASCAR at 45

Kurt Busch, 45, the 2004 NASCAR Cup champion who stepped away from racing last season following a significant concussion, officially retired Saturday at Daytona International Speedway, saying that he is “very happy, complacent.”
