The Miami Dolphins are one of the very, very few football teams in the National Football League to secure a perfect season, going undefeated, and untied. Don Shula shepherded his loyal disciples on the gridiron to an amazing statistical feat of its own merit, without factoring in the life stuff and personalities of professional athletes, in the 70s, in Miami.
