Steelers declare Fitzpatrick out, activate Watt

The Steelers have ruled safety Minkah Fitzpatrick out for Sunday’s game against the Saints with appendicitis, but star pass-rusher T.J. Watt has been activated from the injured reserve and is expected to play.
