Houston hires New Mexico's Nunez as Cougars' AD

Eddie Nunez, New Mexico’s athletic director since 2017 following a basketball career at Florida, agreed to a five-year contract to take the same position at Houston on Saturday, two weeks before the Cougars open the football season against UNLV.
