Sources: SMU’s Stone to transfer to Northwestern

SMU quarterback Preston Stone, who was with the Mustangs on Saturday for their 38-10 loss to the Penn State Nittany Lions in the College Football Playoff, is set to transfer to Northwestern for the 2025 season, sources told ESPN.
